Second charge after road death
A second man has been charged with the manslaughter of a pedestrian killed in a collision with a car in Leominster.

Davey Stanik, 19, from Bargates, was run over in Dishley Street, near the junction with South Street, just after 0100 GMT on Saturday, police said.

A 21-year-old man has already been charged with manslaughter and is due to appear at Hereford Magistrates' Court on Friday.

West Mercia Police said on Tuesday that a second man also faces the same charge.

Mr Stanik had just come out of the Euphoria nightclub in Westbury Street when the collision happened.

He received multiple injuries and died in Hereford County Hospital.

An inquest into the teenager's death is due to be opened and adjourned on Tuesday.
