Eight people arrested in connection with the murder of a teenager in east London have been released on bail.
Karl Hamilton, 17, was fatally stabbed near the Hackney Road in Haggerston, as he walked home with friends on the night of 10 January.
He had just started working as a catering assistant at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel, where he died after the attack.
A 21-year-old man detained earlier is also currently on bail.
The eight men arrested on Tuesday are two 16-year-olds, two 17-year-olds, an 18-year-old and a 19-year-old from the Bethnal Green area, a 16-year-old from the Upton Park area and a 22-year-old from the Bow area.
