The United Nations has called on Cambodia to investigate fully the murder of a trade union leader last week.
The UN's Acting High Commissioner for Human Rights, Bertrand Ramcharan, said those who ordered the killing - as well as those who carried it out - should be found and properly prosecuted.
He said democracy in Cambodia was being hindered by the fact people felt they could act without worrying about the consequences.
The union leader, Chea Vichea, was shot dead in Phnom Penh on Thursday.
He was a supporter of the opposition Sam Rainsy political party - the fourth person linked to it to have been killed in recent weeks.
