Mr Moyo is known for speaking his mind

A Zimbabwean minister has accused the African Cup of Nations' organisers of trying to demoralise their team by playing the wrong national anthem.
Information Minister Jonathan Moyo called for an investigation after Zimbabwe's footballers lost 2-1 to Egypt in their opening match.
He was unhappy at the playing of the old anthem - Ishe Komborera Africa.
But he said that Zimbabwe were "not cry babies" and must now focus on their next game in their first finals.
'Dubious goal'
"It was a cheap attempt by the organisers to demoralise our boys," Mr Moyo was quoted as saying.

The colourful and outspoken minister has a reputation for shooting from the hip and has become known for a number of gaffes.
Mr Moyo said he felt his side had been the victim bad luck and questionable refereeing after their defeat to Egypt.
"Both of Egypt's goals were scrappy and the second one was dubiously awarded," he told the state-owned Herald newspaper.
Zimbabwe are playing in their first Cup of Nations finals, and interest at home in the team's progress has been huge.
