It is nearly 12 months since Paul Savage was killed

North Wales Police could face a court battle over their dealings with three suspects in the inquiry into a postman's murder almost a year ago.
Mold postman Paul Savage was killed last February and although no one has been charged with his death, three suspects have been kept on police bail for months.
Now lawyers say it is not justified to continue keeping their clients on bail and say they are considering seeking a judicial review of the police decision in the high court.
Paul Savage, 30, died in hospital after he was assaulted as he delivered the early morning mail in Mold.
Despite a detailed reconstruction, a £25,000 reward offer and intensive efforts by police to trace the killer, the murderer is still at large.
Mold solicitor Phillip Lloyd Jones, who represents one of the three men on bail, said he was "extremely disappointed" that his police bail is still continuing.
Proceedings
"My client has been on bail for a very long time, despite the fact that he has vigorously denied any responsibility," he said.
However, Detective Chief Inspector Dave Loftus, who is heading the investigation, said inquires are continuing and the people who had been arrested remained suspects and remained on bail.
Mold solicitor Nic Parry, who represents the other two men, said it was "inappropriate" that they were still on bail.
"Both my clients had been very patient in this case and it is quite inappropriate that they should suffer having to await a decision for such a long period," he added.
"They have maintained their innocence... there is clearly no evidence against them to charge them."
