The combination of the two events in quick succession will place Mr Blair under considerable pressure.
He has said that he has no intention of hiding away from the report's finding's and will make a statement in the commons when the report is published.
Throughout Monday's programme, we'll also be outlining the timetable for the week

Commentators say Mr Blair faces a 'fight for his integrity'.
In one week he'll have to deal with the prospect of losing a crucial vote and being exposed as the person who approved a plan to confirm David Kelly's identity.
This confirmed Dr Kelly as the BBC reporter Andrew Gilligan's source in a story about the government 'sexing up' a dossier on Iraq.
If Lord Hutton confirms this, it means trouble for the prime minister.
Meanwhile the issue of tuition fees has driven a wedge between Labour MPs which could see scores of them voting against the government in the commons on Tuesday.
The government will be desperate to win that vote - defeat combined with bad news from Lord Hutton could spark a vote of no confidence in Mr Blair, and that could cost him his job and the leadership.
Breakfast will be following this story throughout the week, and will be returning to our guest panel on Friday
