Two charged with farmer's murder
A man and a woman have been charged with murder, after the body of a retired farmer was found on the street in a rural town.

Keith Ridout, 87, was found slumped in Victoria Street, Shaftesbury, Dorset, on Monday night.

A post-mortem examination revealed that Mr Ridout died from stab wounds to his leg and chest.

Michael Hill, 22, and Hannah Wilton, 21, both of Shaftesbury, are due to appear before Bournemouth magistrates later on Friday morning.
