Man found dead in Spanish resort
A man found dead in a Spanish resort is believed to be from Manchester.

The man was found in Orihuela Costa, near Alicante, on Thursday, according to Spanish police.

He has not yet been named but is thought to be in his 30s and a semi-permanent resident of the resort.

A spokesman from the Foreign Office said next-of-kin had been informed, but it was too early to determine the cause of death.
