Arrest after woods murder
A man has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of 30-year-old Philip Noakes, whose decomposing remains were found in a park.

Mr Noakes' body was found by a man walking his dog in woods behind St Marks Vicarage, Worsley, in December.

The 20-year-old man being questioned was arrested in Scotland on Wednesday morning, police said.

Mr Noakes, described as "a loving father", was reported missing by his family in November.
