Jemma Stevens failed to surface in a wreck dive

The father of a Devon teenager killed while diving off the south Devon coast has criticised the diving club his daughter belonged to.
Jemma Stevens, 19, a member of the Lyme Bay Diving club, drowned off Lyme Regis last April.
An investigation is being carried out by the Sub Aqua Association after an inquest into Miss Stevens' death heard a number of safety rules were broken and recorded an open verdict.
Miss Stevens' father, Justin Stevens, of Honiton, said: "I want people to see this club for what they are and the way it is run.
"Diving is a dangerous sport, but if you abide by the rules you cut down the risk.
"I don't want to sit here in five years' time with some other boy or girl killed."
The BBC tried to contact Lyme Bay Diving Club but no-one has yet been available to comment.
