Police unveil stolen property haul

The tools, golf clubs and other property were recovered in recent police raids

People who have had property stolen from sheds or garages are getting the chance to get it back in time for Christmas.

Officers seized golf clubs, chain saws, hedge trimmers and power tools in a number of recent raids in Pangbourne, Berkshire.

They are urging anyone who has suffered a burglary recently to check the photo and contact them if they spot anything they think is theirs.

Pc Andy Tomlinson, from Pangbourne, said: "This is a good illustration of the benefit of making a note of the serial numbers of such items and of having your property security post-coded.

"If you have been the victim of a burglary or theft I would ask that you study the photo and contact me if you recognise any of the items."
