A man has been killed after being caught up in a paper shredding machine at a Norfolk recycling plant.

The accident happened at 0930 GMT on Monday morning at MW White on Station Lane in Ketteringham.

The East Anglian Air Ambulance and the emergency services were called to the scene, but could do nothing to save the man, who is thought to be in his 30s.

Norfolk Health and Safety inspectors have been informed and checks will be carried out on machinery on Tuesday.
