Web to help bus users
Guernsey bus
The website has full bus timetables and interactive route maps
Bus users in Guernsey are being give the chance to plan their route on the internet.

An interactive route planner is the main feature on the Traffic Committee's new information website.

The website has full bus timetables, as well as interactive route maps.

Users just need to select a departure point, identify where they want to go and choose when they want to travel.

The system then automatically finds the best way to get to the chosen destination.

Passengers will still be able to get specific advice on schedules and routes from Island Coachways, and printed timetables are still available.

The Traffic Committee's public transport officer, Dave Way, hopes the website at www.buses.gg will prove to be another useful facility to help plan journeys around the island.
