A student who was robbed at knifepoint in Preston has appealed for the public to help the police catch him.
The 17-year-old said he feared for his life when he was threatened by the man who was armed with a knuckleduster, knife and baton.
The robbery happened in the Ribbleton area of the city at about 2230 GMT on Thursday.
He was walking along Pope Lane when he was approached from behind by the man who demanded money.
'Scared and shaking'
He then reached into the student's pocket and took just £4.50 in cash.
The victim said: "I was thinking is he going to stab me, hit me, mug me?
"It left me scared and shaking."
The man was white, aged in his twenties, thin and about six feet tall with a goatee beard.
He spoke with a local accent and was wearing a dark hooded top pulled up over his head, dark tracksuit bottoms and dark trainers with white stripes on the sides.
Police have appealed for information.
