Van raiders steal patients' notes
Medical records have been stolen from a van parked outside a Peterborough medical practice.

Health officials are appealing for help tracing a number of patients' notes which were taken with some clean needle exchange packs from the white Mercedes Sprinter on Friday morning.

They raiders struck between 1130 GMT and 1145 GMT when the van was parked outside Welland Medical Practice.

Health managers say they are concerned about patient confidentiality and want the records returned.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Cambridgeshire Police.
