Police appeal in salon shooting
Crime scene
The shooting took place in broad daylight
Detectives investigating the murder of a man in a hairdressing salon say they are very disappointed at the lack of information from the public about the shooting.

Omar Watson, 24, was shot dead at Nefertiti's Secret hair salon in Radford, Nottingham on 7 November.

Police say they have discovered little about events leading up to the fatal shooting despite extensive inquiries.

Mr Watson had been shot in another incident in August, although police say it is too early to state whether the two crimes are linked.

They are keen to hear from two key witnesses - a teenage girl who asked about the cost of a haircut shortly before the killer entered the store and a man carrying a bag who was in the vicinity at the time.

Detective Chief Inspector Ian Waterfield said they need the help of the public to solve the crime.
