Health warning proposal for chocolates

Most of us are easily tempted by a piece of chocolate, but it could soon come, like cigarettes, with a written health warning? Cadburys is considering putting a message on its labels advising people to eat fruit and vegetables, as well as chocolate. Luisa Baldini reports.
