Window cleaner killed in fall

A window cleaner has died after falling out of a fourth storey window.

An investigation is under way into the accident in St Peter's Courtyard in Derby at 0830 on Wednesday.

The window cleaner was working in a city centre office block when he fell to his death.

Derbyshire Police say the victim's name will not be released until relatives have been informed.

The Health and Safety Executive and police are investigating the incident.
