It is hoped the feasibility study will be started in the New Year

The go-ahead has been given for a feasibility study into the rebuilding of Herne Bay pier.
Canterbury City Council and Tourism South East have agreed to provide the necessary funding for the study.
The pier used to be the longest in Kent but a section collapsed in 1978 leaving the bandstand marooned at sea.
It is hoped work will begin on the study in the New Year.
'Dream to rebuild'
The first stage of the study will investigate options for the new pier and assess the economic viability of the project.
An initial report is expected in March which, if positive, will see a more detailed scheme drawn up.
This will set out the likely impact and benefit for the town and establish a full business case.
City Councillor Roger Matthews said: "We are delighted to be able to announce this news.
"It is vital we have a full study into the viability of this project so we know how achievable the dream to rebuild the pier is."
