The company wants to get rid of flexible working hours

Staff at a publishing firm in Cambridge have been demonstrating about plans to change their working practices.
Some 200 people protested outside Cambridge University Press after the company announced it was putting an end to flexi-time.
The company, which publishes books for schools and colleges, says the change is necessary to improve its business.
Ian Maidlow, a spokesman for the union Amicus said abandoning flexi-time would mean longer hours.
He said: "People will have less of a work-life balance.
"They'll be able to take less time off. They'll have less time with their families."
The union wants Cambridge University Press to negotiate over the plans and to consult the conciliation service ACAS.
