Firefighters rescue baby
A five-week old baby has been taken to hospital after a fire at a block of flats in Ellesmere Port.

The fire broke out on Sutton Way in the town at about 0230 GMT on Saturday.

Cheshire Fire Service believe it was started deliberately.

It is thought a wheelie bin was pushed against the side of the building and set ablaze.

Two adults were also inside the flat with the baby, but escaped uninjured.

The baby is not believed to be badly hurt, but has been taken to hospital as a precaution.
