A man from Essex who has been on hunger strike in a Greek jail, has been refused admission to hospital.
Simon Chapman, 30, from Basildon was arrested during an anti-capitalist protest at the EU summit in Thessaloniki in June.
He began his hunger strike on 5 October.
He was charged with possessing Molotov cocktails, an axe and a hammer, and faces a 25-year prison sentence.
But Mr Chapman claims they were planted on him by the police and said he has video evidence to prove it.
On Thursday it was revealed that Mr Chapman is getting very weak and has been refused admittance to hospital.
Baroness Sarah Ludford MEP called on the Greek authorities to view the video evidence.
"I want the court and the prosecutor to really look at the evidence and dismiss the charges, or at least to grant bail," she told the BBC.
Mr Chapman's case has been backed by supporters campaigning outside
Norwich City Council's offices in Norwich this week.
