A popular but controversial Tunisian singer has been shot dead by her businessman husband in Egypt.
Police said Zikra was shot with a submachine gun by her husband Ayman Suwaydi, who also killed himself and two other people.
Reports says neighbours heard the couple arguing before the killings.
Earlier this year a Saudi cleric said Zikra should face the death penalty for comparing her sufferings to those of the Prophet Mohammed.
Police say Zikra was found with 15 bullet wounds to her head.
The other two people who died in the shooting incident, at Zikra's Cairo home, are believed to be business associates of the couple.
The 42-year-old singer was a well-known figure in the Arab world and had lived in Egypt for several years.
She recently had a domestic dispute with her husband - whom she married last summer in France - which went to court.
