Firefighters said the most likely cause was a candle or cigarette

A woman has been found dead following a fire in a row of cottages.
Neighbours tried in vain to rescue the victim from her home in Lower Halstow, near Sittingbourne, after hearing her cries for help.
Fire crews called to the scene in Breach Lane at about 2230 GMT on Wednesday were unable to save the woman.
She is believed to have been in her 50s or 60s and lived on her own, neighbours said.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service said the early indications were that the fire was not suspicious.
The most likely cause is thought to be a candle or discarded cigarette.
The road was closed overnight.
