Police are investigating a city centre crash which left 14 bus passengers injured and caused chaos during Birmingham's rush hour.
A single decker bus is understood to have collided with a car in the incident at around 1800 GMT on Thursday.
The bus then hit a wall, blocking the road on Albert Street at the Dale End junction in the city centre.
Traffic was forced through diversions while the scene was cleared of debris, causing congestion throughout the city centre.
Fourteen people, all believed to be bus passengers, were taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries.
Police have appealed for any witnesses to the crash to come forward.
