New leads into crash death PC
Police check point
Police stopped about 160 motorists near where the crash happened.
Detectives investigating the death of an off-duty police officer say they have found several new witnesses to the crash in which he died.

Detective Constable Robert Keylock was killed when his car hit a tree between Adderbury and Deddington in Oxfordshire on 19 November.

On Wednesday night, a week after the accident, the police stopped more than 160 vehicles close to the crash scene and are following up on information from four witnesses.

According to police, one witness saw an altercation between the driver of a white Renault 11 and the driver of a vehicle similar to Det Con Keylock's in Adderbury.

Police are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this altercation to contact them.

A 21-year-old man from the Deddington area arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving in connection with the death has been released on police bail.
