A 23-year-old man has been charged with the murder of his six-month-old son.
The baby, Marshal Hough, was taken to hospital on 6 May this year with various injuries.
His father, Stephen, of Alma Link, Luton,
has now been charged with murder.
A Bedfordshire Police spokesman said Mr Hough was expected to appear before Bedford Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
