Inquiry into sudden death
Police have been called in to investigate the sudden death of a man after the discovery of an unexplained injury.

Naster Singh Sahota, from Gravesend, was admitted to Darent Valley Hospital at 1730 GMT on Sunday.

Kent Police said he had been brought in by paramedics who were called to his home in Gravesend.

Medical staff at the hospital failed to revive Mr Sahota and he was pronounced dead shortly after he arrived.

A spokesman for Kent Police said on Tuesday: "As a consequence of the post mortem this morning an injury was disclosed which required further investigation by police.

"We are at this stage keeping an open mind about how the injury was caused."

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who knew Mr Sahota or who saw him on Sunday.
