Map of Furze Platt Road area
Detectives believe the driver may not know he or she hit someone
Police are searching for a driver who ran over a 15-year-old boy when he was pushed into the road during a brawl.

A group of Asian and white boys aged between 15 and 18 spilled out onto the street while they were fighting outside a garage in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

The 15-year-old was rushed to hospital after colliding with the green or blue Peugeot.

He was later discharged after being treated for minor head injuries.

Detectives want to hear from witnesses to the fight at Charters Peugeot garage in Furze Platt Road at about 1550 GMT on Wednesday 19 November.

Sergeant Alan Fairclough said: "The motorist who was involved in the minor collision with the youth may not have realised what had happened.

"We therefore appeal for this person to come forward as they may hold vital information to help with our inquiry."
