Vandals flood classrooms
Police in north Worcestershire are appealing for information after vandals caused thousands of pounds of damage at a school.

Windows were smashed and classrooms were flooded at South Bromsgrove High School last Wednesday.

Home economics equipment was also damaged in the wrecking spree.

A group of youths were seen running across the school fields towards the A38 just before 1900 GMT.

A West Mercia Police spokesman said the incident had had a huge impact on the school, both in financial terms and in time spent clearing up the mess.

Anyone with any information is urged to contact police at Bromsgrove.
