Damian O'Neill
Damian O'Neil
Politics Show North East and Cumbria

Your views on a ceremonial archway for Chinatown

It's a damn disgrace when none of the jobs are being created in the North East.
Brian Shaw, South Shields

It's a waste of money spending the money on this arch, it should go on education and roads.
Mr Smith, Newcastle

I'm horrified that this money is being ploughed in to this arch when they could have saved Fenham baths with it.
Mrs Rawson, Newcastle

The conservative was right - if we're paying for it, the jobs should have been given to the North East
Paul Taylor

I'm totally against this when they're closing down schools and swimming baths.
Mr Barnes Newcastle

I don't think it's a waste of money at all.
Mrs Larkin, Newcastle

They should have a look at the pavements and all the rubbish first.
Mrs Andrews, Newcastle

I'm totally against this when baths and libraries are being closed down, it's a disgrace.
Mr Barnes, Newcastle
