A man has been arrested after an explosion at the Turkish embassy in The Hague, Dutch authorities have said.
The suspect was arrested and detained shortly after the explosion, chief prosecutor Han Moraal told French news agency AFP.
Reports said the man was involved in an earlier dispute with embassy staff.
Five people were reported slightly injured in the blast and the building was also damaged.
'No political motive'
The explosion was possibly caused by a bag containing flammable material, Mr Moraal said.
Earlier reports said a second suspect device was being examined but Mr Moraal said this was not the case.
Mr Moraal added that there appeared to be no political motive for the attack and added there was "no indication" terrorism was involved.
The Turkish ambassador, Tacan Ildem, told Turkish television a man "with dark features and wearing a black jacket" entered the building and escaped after a struggle with security staff before being arrested by police.
Mr Ildem also said the man spoke Dutch and was not a Turkish national.
Officers evacuated adjacent buildings and cordoned off surrounding streets, close to parliament buildings and several other embassies. Trams near the scene were also diverted.
