Shots fired at house
Police in Norfolk are appealing for witnesses after five shots were fired through the doors of a house in the Mile Cross area of Norwich.

The shots were fired at the property in Penn Grove, off Aylsham Road at just after 2200 BST on Sunday.

Witnesses say they saw a man running down a nearby alleyway towards Vicarage Road and Philadelphia Lane.

Detective Inspector Richard Graveling of Norfolk Police said they needed more information from the public.

He said: "We have been doing door-to-door inquiries in the area.

"We've spoken to a number of witnesses.

"If anyone's got anything that they can tell us about this particular incident, anyone who was seen in the area on Sunday evening, particularly running away from this area... we would very much like to talk to them."

No-one was hurt in the incident.
