Nuisance neighbour ordered to move
A Northampton man who broke a court order banning him from playing loud music and threatening his neighbours has been told he must move, or go to prison.

William Hannah, of Stonebridge Court in Lings, was banned from playing loud music and warned not to threaten his neighbours by Northampton Crown Court in September.

Northampton Borough Council had taken him to court over anti-social behaviour after he allegedly threatened to kill his neighbour and her dog.

The council claimed he also played loud music in his flat.

Hannah broke the injunction and was given a suspended prison sentence in October.

He was in court on Monday accused of again breaking the injunction by continuing to play loud music and banging on his neighbour's door and walls.

He faced a possible 42-day prison sentence but has been given 42 days to leave his flat instead.

He has been told he must leave by December.
