A man armed with a shotgun has escaped with cash from a bureau de change in Bournemouth town centre.
The robber walked into Eurochange Bureau in old Christchurch Road, shortly after 1230 BST on Thursday.
He threatened staff with a shotgun, before fleeing with a quantity of cash.
He was white, 5ft 9ins tall, in his mid-40s, of slim build and clean shaven.
He wore a green and red woollen hat and a blue anorak and was carrying a blue canvas bag.
Police have warned the public not to approach him.
They are also appealing for anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the vicinity of old Christchurch Road to contact them.
