The council will ask staff to use mugs instead of throwaway cups

Northamptonshire residents are being asked to weigh in on a revised plan to deal with the county's waste over the next 15 years.
The plan is a document which sets out the council's policies for dealing with waste-related development in the county.
Earlier this year, residents were given the chance to comment on the draft plan, and the council said it has made changes to reflect the comments made.
Councillor Jim Wade, cabinet member for the environment, said: "The feedback was generally supportive of the plan's approach and content."
Once it is adopted, the plan will guide the location of facilities for waste and how the waste will be disposed of.
The revised plan is available to view at county libraries, at the main offices of the county council and the district and borough councils and on the county's website.
A proposed waste plant near the southern edge of Northampton was put on hold last year after more than 300 people wrote letters of objection to the location, which is within 300 metres of houses.
