The body of a 50-year-old man has been found in a city centre car park.
North Yorkshire Police say a passer-by discovered the body slumped against a wall at the Nunnery Lane car park in York at 0735 BST on Thursday.
The area was sealed off as officers carried out a detailed examination of the scene.
A post mortem examination revealed the man died of natural causes.
