Householders do not want a repeat of last year's floods

Flood victims in Kessingland have banded together to try to stop a repeat of devastating floods which swept through their homes a year ago.
Last October nearly 4 feet of water and mud poured into the houses of people living in Coopers Drive.
The tide swept through homes within a matter of minutes after a heavy downpour.
Inadequate local drainage and blocked dykes are being blamed for the problem.
One woman was forced to move out of her home for seven months because of flood damage.
Vera Prosser said something had to be done to ensure the nightmare did not happen again.
"It was just raining when suddenly there was a heavy downpour and it was all over in six minutes.
"We couldn't do anything about it really," she said.
Sid Prosser, a member of the action group, said they simply wanted the blockages cleared.
Their problem is no-one knows who should be doing the work.
Waveney District Council, Anglian Water and local landowners have said they do not know who is responsible for the pipes and a nearby blocked dyke.
