Two 17-year-olds died in one of the crashes

Speed cameras are to be installed in a Staffordshire Moorlands village where several people have been killed in recent road crashes.
Cameras are being introduced on the A520 in Wetley Rocks in the wake of several rush-hour blockades in protest about the accidents.
Three people died on the road inside 24 hours in August, including two 17-year-old boys.
But Graham Jones, from the Staffordshire Casualty Reduction Partnership, said the cameras would not guarantee an improvement in the village's safety record.
He said: "Safety cameras are merely a tool in the armoury to try and convince motorists that they need to slow down and use appropriate speed.
"At the end of the day, the responsibility lies with the drivers who have their foot on the accelerator to slow down."
He added: "We should not need safety cameras to make people drive responsibly."
