Two men have been taken to hospital following a crash between a lorry and a mobile crane on the main A55 route across north Wales.
The accident happened around 0700 BST on Wednesday causing havoc for commuters on the A55.
A spokeswoman for North Wales Police said there are "massive tailbacks" near the accident spot at Halkyn, between Northop and Holywell.
The drivers of the two vehicles have been taken by ambulance to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd at Bodelwyddan.
The carriageway is blocked but not closed, say police.
An amount of hydraulic oil has been spilt onto the carriageway.
