Hutton Inquiry
At the Royal Courts Lord Hutton heard evidence about the last few hours of Dr David Kelly's life. A neighbour described meeting Dr Kelly on the afternoon of his death. "We just stopped and said hello. He said 'Hello Ruth'. I said 'Hello David, how are things?'. "He said 'Not too bad'."

And as the Hutton Inquiry continues the political impact on Tony Blair increases. We are expecting an announcement about how Downing Street plans to reorganise its press operation after Alistair Campbell's departure.
A TUC delegation are heading for Downing Street demanding that the Prime Minister gives them a permanent role in setting Government policy over public services. Word on the street is that they'll get it.
So is this all part of a new 'post-Hutton' politics in which Tony Blair and "New Labour" are isolated and where the Left, and the Unions, have more leverage?
