Another man arrested for questioning in the case, a 41-year-old from King's Lynn in Norfolk, was released without charge on Tuesday after answering his bail.
The unidentified dead man's body was found on fire in woods at Upton near the Cambridgeshire border with Northamptonshire in December 2002.
The man, who had been shot and stabbed before his body was set alight, was buried on 21 July without having been identified.
