Police are investigating the road rage incident
A woman is recovering after she was knocked down by a car after speaking to the driver about the way he was driving.

The 40-year-old was treated for shock and muscular injury at Wrexham Maelor Hospital following the incident at 1530BST on Thursday.

North Wales Police are investigating the road rage incident which occurred at the junction of Smithy Lane and Chester Road in Wrexham.

The victim alleges the driver reversed up Smithy Lane and into Rossett Way at speed before driving off.

The driver is described as white with dark, closely shaved hair and a round face.

There were three or four passengers in his dark coloured car which was possibly a G-registration saloon or hatchback.
