Fans will arrive in Cardiff one hour after kick off

About 300 Manchester United fans missed the start of their club's Community Shield game with Arsenal in Cardiff after a train broke down in Manchester.
Wales and Borders Trains (W&B) said the 0918 BST service from Manchester Piccadilly was delayed by one hour and 40 minutes after it was stuck behind the broken down locomotive.
It finally left Manchester at about 1100 BST and was expected to arrive in Cardiff at 1500 BST - one hour after the match was due to kick off.
About 140 fans travelling on the 0857 BST Derby to Paignton train on their way to the match were also experiencing delays caused by engineering works in Somerset, said Virgin Trains.
A W&B spokesperson said it had apologised to fans stuck on the train and would offer them compensation.
Network Rail said a W&B train intended to take fans from Manchester to the game had broken down on its way to the station from Crewe earlier on Sunday morning.
United won the match 4-3 on penalties after the score finished 1-1 after 90 minutes.
