Climber who died after fall named
RAF Search and Rescue helicopter
An RAF Search and Research helicopter was called out
Police have named a climber from Essex who died after falling 30 feet down a cliff.

Marvin Royce, 39, from Chelmsford, who had been with members of a mountaineering club from the London area, died after the fall at St Govan's Head in Pembrokeshire, west Wales.

Mr Royce was airlifted to nearby Withybush Hospital at Haverfordwest but was dead on arrival.

Police officers, coastguards, ambulance paramedics and the RAF Search and Rescue helicopter attended the incident shortly after 1200 BST on Saturday.

A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesperson said: "The climber was located at the foot of the cliff by the coastguard, and was airlifted by an RAF rescue helicopter to Withybush Hospital in Haverfordwest, where he was pronounced dead on arrival."

Pembrokeshire coroner had been informed of the death and police are examining the man's climbing equipment.
