Jeanette Snowball
Jeanette Snowball left without telling her family
Police have called off their search for a woman who had been missing from her East Yorkshire home.

Jeanette Snowball, 50, was found safe and well on Wednesday evening after disappearing from her house in Fitling, near Aldborough, between 1800 and 2000 BST on Tuesday.

She had not told her family where she was going.

Police say the search, involving a helicopter and the Humber coastguard, was called off late on Wednesday night.

Specialist search teams had been scouring open land and wooded areas around her home.
