Murder trial jury in site visit
Mr Justice Butterfield looks across the River Bure
Judge Mr Justice Butterfield and the jury went to Great Yarmouth
The jury in the case of a shop cleaner accused of killing his partner have visited the river where the body was found.

Norwich Crown Court has heard that Filomeno Lopes, 35, denies killing Domingas Olivais, 30, in Great Yarmouth in April last year.

On Wednesday, the judge Mr Justice Butterfield, court officials and the jury went to Great Yarmouth.

After two weeks of maps and photographs it was thought the jury would benefit from an on site visit.

The jurors saw the Asda store where the couple worked and the River Bure where Ms Olivais's body was allegedly dumped.

Her body was found upstream from this point.

The trial will resume at Norwich Crown Court on Thursday.
