A doctor has appeared in court charged with indecently assaulting two patients at his Leicester surgery.
Dr Gunvantrai Patel, 57, denied five charges of indecent assault on one female patient on dates between April 2001 and April this year.
He also denied indecently assaulting a second woman between 1 November and 31 December last year.
The case at Leicester Crown Court was adjourned on Wednesday and Dr Patel, of Beacon Close, Groby, was released on bail to await trial on a date to be fixed.
