Murder police seek man
Darren Wayne Bakewell
The public are being warned not to approach Mr Bakewell
Police in Coventry have released details of a man they want to speak to in connection with a murder inquiry.

Alan Conneely, 35, from Hillfields, was found with serious injuries in a garden in Priors Harnall, Hillfields, on 4 July, but died in hospital four days later.

Two people, a 31-year-old man and a woman, 20, both from the Stoke area of Coventry, have since been charged with the murder of the father-of-seven.

Police now want to trace 36-year-old Darren Wayne Bakewell, who also uses the alias Darren Wayne Brown.

He is described as white, 6 ft 1 in tall, well-built, with fair to ginger shoulder-length hair and a matching goatee beard.

His hair may now be a little shorter.

Mr Bakewell is believed to spend time the Warwickshire area and has links with Coventry, Rugby, Nuneaton and Bedworth.

Anyone who knows where he is is being urged not to approach him, but to contact police immediately.

The man and woman charged with Mr Conneely's murder are both due to appear at Warwick Crown Court on 27 October.
