A motorcyclist has died in a crash on the M5 motorway in the West Midlands.
It happened just after 0800 BST on Wednesday between junctions one and two of the motorway.
A man in his 20s died following the collision on the southbound carriageway of the motorway between Oldbury and West Bromwich.
Four of the six lanes of the motorway had to be closed following the incident causing heavy delays in the area.
A spokesman from Central Motorway Police said they were not sure what the motorcyclist collided with.
"The crash happened on the southbound carriageway but his bike ended up on the northbound carriageway," he said.
Both carriageways of the motorway have since reopened.
